This guarantee is good for 30 days from the date of your purchase. The ScentMaster must be operational and undamaged. If the ScentMaster is damaged, we will repair the damage and subtract the cost from your refund amount. You will receive an itemized list of those repairs with your refund. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs to return your ScentMaster for a refund.
